Trumps nuclear armed threats to other NATO members can’t just be laughed off, the stakes are far too high.
The response, or lack thereof from the European NATO members reflects what vassal states they have all become and how they have been infiltrated by the far right. The fascist armies of Europe were defeated but their surviving adherents went underground, waiting for a signal. I believe Elon Musk’s recent Nazi salutes are a call to arms to fascists worldwide to mobilize. It wasn’t long ago that a former member of the Waffen SS was feted in Canadas’ parliament! Not particularly subtle messaging!
I was living in West Germany when the wall came crashing down. I was in Berlin one week before the collapse of the German Democratic Republic. There were isolated demo’s being held around the country but zero hint that the fabric of the entire East German state was in danger of collapse! My partner at the time took a photo of me pissing on the wall and when it collapsed, I took credit for undermining the foundations of the Berlin Wall! Far to X-rated to embed here lol!
I’ve had two personal experiences of collapse, the GDR and when I worked on a development project in Mozambique in 1991, during the war waged against the country by the Apartheid state to the south.

It continues to be my contention that Germany has been occupied by the USA since 1945.
The “Empire of Chaos”, what Pepe Escobar calls the USA/Nato/Israeli axis has threatened to invade Greenland, Canada and Panama, there are a number of reasons why NATO can’t continue to exist if either of the first two countries mentioned above are attacked and annexed. I would question if it can survive the threats, let alone a kinetic confrontation between members.

Chris, who is mentioned above delves into the latest threats from the empire of chaos.
At one stage in my working life, I was an electrician, electricians don’t appear out of thin air, youth have to be educated, they need to have discipline, and they need excellent training facilities, they can’t be conjured up on demand.
On the military front we have the predicament that Putin and Xi know they can’t trust the empire, that creates a huge barrier to peace.
DJT’s threats on Greenland and Canada threaten to trigger Article 5 of the NATO pact, that would be war between pact members.
NATO is toast, possibly also the EU.
