Navigating the Descent, into the Abyss!

I first became interested in the collapse of complex societies when back packing in Southeast Asia in 1980, then when visiting Mayan ruins in Central America in 1982.
I was in Berlin one week before the wall came down in 1989, there wasn’t a hint that the integrity of the East German state was teetering on the abyss of collapse. The collapse of the DDR caused a domino effect, triggering the Collapse of The Soviet Union: two years later.

Like junkies’, complex societies barrel along, until they can’t anymore.
There have been over 100 complex societies that all collapsed, central to those collapses were climate change, despotic rulers, debasement of currencies and complexity. All of the above characteristics are present today.
There has never been this level of complexity in a previous civilization comparable to our internet orchestrated living arrangements. We are one “Carrington Event” away from going dark!
Over the last decade plus, I have been navigating and chronicling the unfolding collapse of this civilization. Collapse isn’t an event, it’s a process, an unfolding process; I’ve had the honor of collaborating with some amazing individuals, many scientists, one literally a Rocket Scientist. I’m grateful for those interactions as we delve into the complexities of the “Great Unraveling”.

The interviewer’s confusion is emblematic of the success of the disinformation campaign.
There is an excellent analysis of the great unravelling of the Empire of Chaos below.
We will all be collateral damage when, not if, contagion spreads through the banking sector.
There was huge concern when Lehman Brothers bank collapsed that the contagion could spread. That possibility is higher today than then, due to “Quantitative easing”, formerly known as counterfeiting.
‘Fixing’ a debt crisis with more debt is the road to ruin.
